An Introduction to the Contemplation of the Non-Leakage Practice

The visualization and cultivation of the non-leakage practice is classified as a special practice in Vajrayana Buddhism. It is viewed as one of the highest secrets, and is only transmitted to those with the proper empowerment. Thus, I shall only offer a simple introduction to this practice.
The foundation of this practice is vase breathing. In the training of vase breathing, you must achieve full breathing capacity. When chi or wind is directed into the central channel, the chi shoots up to the crown chakra. Only then can you cultivate the non-leakage practice.
There are three pith instructions to this practice:
 1. Mantra  HUM.
 2. Mudra  Form the Grip Mudra, by first folding the thumb inwards, and gripping it with the four fingers. Do this with both hands.
 3. Visualization.
The method of visualization is as follows: First visualize the syllable HUM at the navel chakra. The tail of the syllable HUM extends out of the root chakra and hooks onto the white lotus (male) or red lotus (female). The practitioner, while forming the Grip Mudra, lowers his hands.
The practitioner practices one round of vase breathing, shouts HUM, and lifts both hands upwards while keeping the Grip Mudra. At this point, the chi rushes towards the crown, and the seed syllable HUM pulls the lotus upwards along the central channel. The root chakra (referring to the penis) curls and follows into the central channel and reaches the crown chakra.
At the crown chakra is positioned, in order of appearance: the syllable HUM, followed by the lotus, and finally the usnisa (or protuberance) on the male practitioner's head. This protuberance is absent in female practitioners.
What I wish to elucidate is: The white lotus is the semen, while the red lotus is the menstrual blood. The root chakra is the male penis that [upon visualization] rises to the crown chakra and forms the protuberance. The female practitioner naturally does not have this protuberance.
The non-leakage practice must be supplemented by the three movements of Vajra Fist Exercise which help to contain the semen and menstrual blood and prevent them from discharging.
To my knowledge, as long as the practitioner is willing to cultivate this non-leakage practice diligently, keeping a daily practice schedule in the early morning, he or she should see results in half a year, or in three years at the latest.
When you attain accomplishment in this practice, containing every bit of drop in the body, you shall feel very energized in your health and spirit. With this vitality, your cultivation of other practices shall achieve maximum results with much less effort.
Note: The pith instructions of the non-leakage practice must be transmitted orally in detail by a [genuine] Vajra Master.
