Let me quote you a letter:

 

Grandmaster, Amitabha,

My name is Lian Hua Kun Lian, May I send my best wishes to the grandmaster, his wife and all the gurus in the company doing all the replies. My mother Lian Hua Yu Ru passed away on 28th September last year. I have given a letter through Guru Chang Zhi to you asking you to do a soul deliverance for Bardo. On 26th October 1992 at 2.p.m. Dharma sister Li Na of Yuan Xue chapter led a sutra chanting group to recite Amitabha Sutra. During the process, my second daughter Lian Hua Mui Qing saw clearly that Grand Master, Amitabha Buddha, and other Boddhisattvas and protectors appearing in the air. While the rebirth mantra was chanted and lotus flowers were burned, Grandmaster took the soul of my mother away. I am very happy and wish to thank you for your compassion. My mother did not fall into the three lower realms by virtue of your vow and mercy. I write this letter to seek grand master's confirmation. Thank you.

Once I went to a busy market in the nether world. (I always visit the hell).

Seeing an officer hand cuffed a familiar disciple.

I went near them. Meeting me, the disciple shouted:”Grandmaster, please help me”.

I asked him,”How did you come here?” 

His tears rolled down and he cried loudly,”Although I have taken refuge for many years, I did not cultivate any dharma. Lately I heard a lot of slander and my confidence was shaken. I gave away your porcelain picture and burn the True Buddha Sutra. I even advised others to leave the True Buddha sect. Suddenly in my dream, I was retained and forced to be a prisoner in this world. I was sentenced to maximum punishment. And now I am on my way to the hell!”

I spoke to one of the officers.

”Officer, he is a true Buddha disciple. Can you please release him ?”

The officer replied”This is an order. We are just following instruction from the top, sorry we can't.”

I asked again, ”On what conditions, he can be released?”

The officer replied ”There must be written order to that effect.” assuming that I do not have it.

I said,”I have a written order with me.” I took out a written order and gave it to one of the two officers. They were shocked and did not know what to do. (As the order had the seal of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva)

I said ”Look at me”

I radiated three rays of light-Buddha light, golden light, and spiritual light. A buddha sitting on a treasured thousand lotus seat appeared amongst the lights.

When the lights brightened up everywhere, everybody knelt down and prayed.

The officer said, ”Since you are the master of secret world, you may have the prisoner.” They left with the written order.

I asked my disciple.

”Are you going to cultivate in future?”

”Sure” he answered.

I asked again,”Are you going to discard True Buddha Sect?”

” I dare not”

I sighed ”When you are awaken, you behave like a human being, but when you are drunk, you are just a fearful ghost!”

(The disciple died of heart failure after heavy drinking. I met him in the nether world and sent him to the universal monarch. As he was still sober, he was reincarnated as another human being. Although he believed all the slanders, he still respected me as his Grandmaster and dared not be rude to me. I wonder why human beings must be drunk most of the time).

Using the power of Tantra and soul deliverance ritual, I am able to bring the souls of the deceased out of hell, hungry ghost and animal realms. That is why more and more people take part in the ritual.

During the soul deliverance rituals, many strange things happened:

Someone saw his ancestor.

Someone visited the hell.

Someone got a message from his deceased ancestor asking him to take part in the ritual.

Someone saw Living Buddha Lian-Shen brought the soul to Maha Double Lotus Pond.

The miracles of soul deliverance rituals were well publicised. It became myths and mysteries to others. I am very famous now. Those who experienced spiritual response respected me wholeheartedly. And my power in soul deliverance is widely praised. Participants from the other world will always appear in the dream to thank their living relatives.

In the normal soul deliverance ritual, you see nothing, you feel nothing, you don't know whether the deceased are coming or not.

Only in the ritual conducted by Living Buddha Lian Shen,

There is an evidence of meeting of the people of both worlds,

Deceased are feted to the Western Paradise.

It is really a Tantric response.
